At the customer's request I can receive and deliver work by e-mail, fax, CD or disk sent by normal post. Original files can be overtyped at the customer's request in order to retain the original layout. Translations are carried out using the following software:

• Microsoft Office 2000 Professional, consisting of:

My home office is equipped with the most up-to-date hardware on the market including a Dell PC (with Windows XP Professional OS), back-up PC, black and white laser printer, colour ink jet printer, scanner, CD RW and DVD. In addition to this I have a laptop computer that I use when working "on the move" and when in the UK. I also have a large selection of dictionaries, reference books and other material both in Norwegian and English, plus access to the Internet.
